Tikkun Leil ShavuotSave Sunday afternoon, June 8, in your calendar as we engage in a series of learning opportunities to prepare us for the holiday of Shavuot. By popular request, our special guest instructor most likely will be Rabbi Leiby Burnham (pending the birth of his child). The day will conclude with Shavuot evening services. Shavuot is the holiday when we celebrate receiving the Torah.
Shir Tikvah Visit to Holocaust Memorial CenterJoin your friends from CST for a special Yom HaShoah Holocaust Remembrance Day program on Sunday, May 4. We’ll meet at the Holocaust Memorial Center and participate with the Detroit community in a Yom HaShoah service beginning at 1p.m. After the service, CST’s Rochelle Rubin will give a private tour of the Holocaust Center for CST participants.
