Mission Statement: The purpose of the Congregation Brotherhood is to promote friendship, service, mitzvot, and Tikkun Olam through the CST framework.

After much anticipation, our rescheduled cooking class with Chef Elwin Greenwald will take place on Wednesday May 14, 2008. Time 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Cost is $12.00 per person. The menu will include tossed green salad with goat cheese, homemade croutons, lemon vinaigrette dressing, ratatouille (French vegetable stew) with grilled chicken breast, and garlic polenta. For dessert, we are serving baked apples in puff pastry. This is a great opportunity to have fun, socialize, participate in hands on food preparation (if you so desire) and enjoy a gourmet chef prepared meal. Please RSVP by Monday May 5, 2008 to Peter Goldberg via email: peteragold@email.com. Payment must be received by Wednesday May 7, 2008 via cash or check-checks payable to CST Brotherhood.
