Do you have a friend who would enjoy a membership here at Shir Tikvah? Do you know someone whose kids could find a meaningful Jewish learning opportunity by joining our program? If so, talk about the incredible family we have here at Shir Tikvah and encourage your friend to join! Spaces are still available in our Family Ed program. If they are interested, have your friends call Rabbi Aaron at the shul or e-mail him: rabbiaaron@shirtikvah.org.

Leah Gawel, our phenomenal Pre-K teacher, has created a new opportunity on Tuesday afternoons for children ages 4-8. Torah Tuesdays, as the class will be called, is designed for the younger children of siblings already attending 3rd-6th grade though it is open to any child even if s/he does not have an older sibling. The class will begin at 4:30 p.m. with snack and structured play-time. Then Leah will guide the students in age-appropriate learning of the weekly Torah portion for one hour. The evening will conclude with more structured play-time, from 5:45-6:00 p.m. The cost for the program is $300. If you would like to sign your child up for Tikvah Tuesdays, please indicate so on your Family Ed registration form by writing "TT" next to the child’s grade.
B’shalom,
Rabbi Aaron
