Lots of things have changed since the beginning of Covid!  Friendships may have lapsed, social events feel differents, and for some reason, we see many people not behaving kindly toward one another.
In this one hour session, based on my learning about mindset as a Transformational Coach, we'll talk about ways to be more positive ourselves, which will help us to spread positivity and kindness to others.  
Part of the time you will be doing things actively. but nothing strenuous!
